Description:
The Refugee Crisis: 3 Years on Organiser - CivicLeicester* On 24 September 2015, many people attended The Refugee Crisis - What can we do to help?, a public meeting that was held at Leicester Cathedral, and shared some of the ways in which people in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland were responding to the refugee crisis. The Refugee Crisis: 3 Years on picks up from that meeting and invites everyone to look again at what is happening and to share more information and ideas on how individuals, groups and communities in the city and county and beyond can respond or are responding to the crisis. The event is free and open to all but you should apply for tickets at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/the-refugee-crisis-3-years-on-tickets-49374871570 The programme will be confirmed closer to the event.
