Leicester Against War / Leicester For Peace / Leicester CND started holding Peace Vigils in December 2015. It is the longest running current demonstration of its type in Britain. The vigil is held in solidarity with people everywhere who are bearing the brunt of conflict, war and violence. The vigil is also in solidarity with people who are looking for refuge.

Whatever your view on the facts of the latest reported outrages, escalation of the conflict is not going to protect anyone.
