These images are compressed from documents displayed by Ned Newitt at the Secular Hall in September 2007, illustrating his Open Day talk entitled 'Selections from the Secular Society Scrapbook: a look at the early activities of the Society through printed materials'. Most of the documents are from the collection held by the Leicestershire County Records Office in Wigston.
